2) What we process

• Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country/region, language preference.
• Inquiry details: treatment interest, messages, appointment preferences.
• Health data (special category): dental photos/videos, X-rays, scans, dental history you choose to share for remote assessment.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, page activity, cookie/consent choices.

3) Why we use your data (legal basis)

• Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare quotes/treatment plans — contract/legitimate interests; health data only with your explicit consent.
• Remote clinical assessment (photos/X-rays/scans) — explicit consent.
• Security, fraud prevention, record-keeping — legitimate interests/legal obligations.
• Cookies/analytics/ads — only with your consent where required.

4) International transfers

Your data is processed in Türkiye and may be handled by service providers in other countries. For EEA/UK individuals, transfers of health data rely on your explicit consent and/or necessity to provide the requested services. Messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) may process data outside your country.

5) Retention

• Leads (non-patient): up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
• If you become a patient: records retained per Turkish clinical/legal requirements.
• Consent logs: kept as needed to evidence compliance.

6) Sharing

We use vetted providers (hosting, CRM, secure file storage, communications, analytics) under data-processing terms. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

By proceeding there, you provide explicit consent for DentalAYS to process your dental images/media and health information for clinical assessment and treatment planning and to transfer such data to Türkiye and relevant service providers.

Marketing use of images/media is optional. Unless you explicitly opt in on smile.dentalaysturkey.com, we use your images/media only for clinical purposes and do not publish them. If you opt in, you may choose anonymized or identifiable use; you can withdraw marketing consent at any time via info@dentalaysturkey.com. Clinical records may be retained as required by law.
